    nah the cat woulda jumped out when the lid was opened, more to the point maybe they shouldnt have had their bin out? i know your not allowed them out in my area until two hours before the collection time

    probably werent even his dog and he dint want to get wet in the rain would be my guess, either way the person filming should have turned the video into an 18 rated one by kicking him rather hard in the face.

    i walk an uphill mile from work in about 15mins and thats getting a sweat on, when england were playing germany i did it in 7 mins and have never been so bitter about anything in my life after the way that game went!!

    vets are a last resort for me personally, i had a spaniel with cancer that was 11 yrs old and i knew the best course was to just have her PTS as she was suffering but the vet insisted on blood biopsies etc and it ended up costing me over £300 and still having the dog put down. On the other hand the vet i used last was spot on because i knew what i wanted (mis-mate shot) so it was in and out no problems, so it goes to show if they think you are naive and not clued up they will take you for a ride.

    try some local game shops/yellow pages etc you can get them repaired without going through sony for usually the same price, i got mine done for 100 quid and got a guarantee with it and the guy is only a phone call away if i have any more problems and i didnt have to send it off and wait ages which is always nice lol

    you could use side cuts to put the metal clip on, just make sure theres no grease around the bit of the shaft and boot where the clip is going or itll just pop off again. EDIT to say when i worked on cars i used to use these they did the job well but just for the one off job id stick with jubilee clips if the clips that came with the boot where useless.

    could always upload them to photobucket or something similar i think a lot of newer phones are capable of this.

    I think they can no longer have the nanny dog tag, that was in days long gone, when culling out bad traits was more prominent, now they are breed and breed for cash, colour and look, so there are some real scatty bulls out there. This is the main problem, all these scatty staffs etc bite out of fear which is not what the breed is supposed to be about, along with bad training and people wanting them as a status symbol. Im 21 and get dirty looks because i have a staff, nobody considers the fact that my dog is excellent with other dogs to the point were it has been bitten but just stood th

    ye your solicitor will hammer them for the inconsistencies and any doubt will make the case dissolve and fall apart, no judge will take the word of someone who is proven in court to be lying or incorrect.Dont let yourself seem angry or upset over the kicking as this makes you seem to have a temper and they will use that against you even to the point of sayin you hit your own dog hence the cowering etc.Just keep cool and to the point and only talk about the facts. The judge will soon see these chancers for what they are.

    Personally id carry on being nice and sweet with them, even to the point of offering to take some dogs in on a foster basis if i had space available, just so id know that whoever was trying to get to me would be completely gutted that their nasty little mind hadnt caused the upset they'd aimed for. On another note in the past my mum was repeatedly reported to the social services and when they kept finding no problems they told my mum who it was, this was over ten years ago so the law might have changed but if you get pally enough with em they might say.

    You showed remorse and was genuinely apologetic, so the judge will probably see that in court and make sure you mention them booting your dog as that is unacceptable no matter how bad the fight was, you say he works in a shop, is it a small local shop? If so let everyone know he kicked ten bells outta your dog and then had the cheek to take you to court over a scratch gained in the incident. Hit him where it hurts thats what hes tryin to do to you!!

    ask a local garage if they have a timebelt book you can borrow, most have a big book with every model in, next time use tipex to make your own marks that way you know its back as it was when you started, and just hope you havent damaged anything....

    ye some of cheaper ones arent safe, i cant remember the name but their is one of the cheap ones that is a definate no-no so for the sake of a coupla quid just get piriton or benedryl that way you know where you stand.

    i get the booster every 3 years, the majority of the jabs last upto 4 years bar the lepto one i believe but i could be wrong.....

    Theres a mis mate shot but it has side effects including possible infertility later down the line, and you can only use it once per season so if theres an accident after the shots then your up the creek without a paddle.

    They are classed as vermin so i doubt it, however it would depend on the place it happened, for instance my local park has rules about controlling your dog and preventing it from chasing wildlife etc but on the other hand local environment agencies are trying to create more red squirrel friendly habitats so i doubt any park manager will say anything if it was purely a out of the blue and a one off.

    maybe take a proven terrier out with you and hope it picks the habit up, other then that i aint sure seeing as it has been forced in the past you have to undo the negativety associated with going to ground. So patience is needed in great deals and positive reinforcement along the way.

    I think my mums cocker spaniel once had one, we left it a while before going the vets but in the end had to as it just wouldnt go away, so you probably did right, but at least you now know what it looks like so if you ever come across it again you'll know.

    My collar arrived yesterday for my Staff, quick delivery and honestly one of the best collars iv seen, it looks like it'll last a very long time and so is great value at £18. I will be recommending you to all that ask.
