    Getting a dog to work or run is a piece of piss. Getting them to work and run to a high standard season after season is the measure of a good stock man. Many a good prospect gets burnt out or suffers career ending injuries by owners who over face them at a young age dont condition them right for the job they are expected to do. Feeding , exercising ,conditioning and understanding your and the dogs capabilities and limitations puts you on the first rung of the ladder.
