    It is a private prosecution. It's small change for them to take this all the way. I don't know the ins and outs but It was adjourned last week for the c.p.s to look at it. In my opinion the c.p.s run everything. I've had 6 not guiltys on the spin now and some had little evidence and or witness they just hope you plead guilty or crumble in the box. Have a read of this mate, it sounds like the cps will review it.     I didn't say you have to sit about all day watching Jeremy kyle to get legal aid.............. If he doesnt "earn a fortune" then IT IS worth filling a legal aid claim. he might not get much but you wont know unless you try...

    Is it a criminal trial?.......There is legal aid, if your on low income, or if your on benefits you don't pay a penny for legal representation. But obviously you wont get a top solicitor or barrister if its legal aid. I wouldnt be paying 10 grand for someone to stand in front of me and lick a judges arse........

    I've just been given a webly axsor bolt action pcp 8 shot I think, with axsor pump, what would it be worth if I had the seals done and had it re-blued? Put a nice scope on it and treated it to a nice case? Cheers

    Rust everywhere, leaky sunroofs. and unreliable when compared to a jap equivelent, but probably better off road.

    It will be magistrates court, so i doubt it will be a judge.(depends what court) and i think since january unless it an offence which could carry a custodial sentence then you wont get legal aid, so if you want a solicitor you might have to pay for one?
