Which is the best cheese, for me there is no question it has to be cheddar, its colour texture and durability must be unbeatable, surely a more lets say diminutive type cheese such as Wensleydale and others of its type can,t be as useful for adorning snacks and as versatile as a good old fashioned cheddar, for me its cheddar everytime, your thoughts please

Gray Mare part Deux Well myself and Rake couldn,t decide whether it was to be ferreting this morning or a stroll up the Pentlands, so I decided it was neither as I had a stirring in me pants for somewhere more exotic and we had a wee jaunt doon by Moffat and up the Grey Mares Tail, I had already done this hill back in the summer and Rake had done it many moons ago, enjoyable morning oot with great scenery
