This story starts over a year ago. We moved house 29/12/08 did the right things phoned scottish power with new details meter readings from old house whitch was key card meter so psy as you go ,also details on meter reading on the new house all was fine untill a month later we got a letter from SP with someone elses name on but our address saying thanks for joining scottish power please set up a direct debit.
