hi all ive asked this Q on a differant topic but cant seem to get an anwser so if you were to use an infrared filter on your lamp would you still see the eyes of your quary reflecting with the naked eye?

so can you see the reflection of an eye or not? i no they are expencive and you can get red and blue cheap ones of flebay. but can any one who has actually used an ir fillter tell me the answer to my original question? thanks hullhunter

yes they are for coloured filters but im talking about infrared filters. but thanks anyways

but they are not infrared filters they are red and amber filters an infrared filter would not emitt any visable light

so would i be correct in saying that they wont be able to see the infrared light shineing on them or the field.

ive seen lots of 20lb+ pike pulled out of barmston drain(hull) the bigest been 27lb at top hill low near driffield. (the same drain )

any one made there own catapult i made one last month and just wonderd if any one else on here has made one of there own. if so could you post some pics of it. this is mine all the patten is burnt in with a magnifying glass and ive carved an eagle (ish) head on the bottom.

my 1st bullx didnt get a rabbit till her 5th time out lamping and she has turned out a cracking all rounder. her pup got one on the 2nd night and the next few nights she has had 10 in total now but the last time i went out with her i sliped her on a squatter and she ran stright over it and went to the back of the feald were she had got a rabbit the time before then did a few laps of the feald and the one next to that. so when she eventually came back she was put stright on the lead and home she went pulling on the lead trying to get back into the feald. then the next time we went out she was a -
