Not this current gym mate. Basically it's an old school gym I go too now. I gave up the council run one about 9 months ago. Although it had all the new mod cons it didn't have very heavy weights. Now I pay half the price but the equipment is dated....things like Alan keys to select your weights sort of gym.... LolBut in 6 months at this gym I got so much stronger than a year at the old one. I see what your saying about numbers, but it kind of pissed me off gradually getting stronger and stronger and then last few weeks I feel I have went back the way. Norway has got a lot more oil than Scotland/the UK.. So do they pump it out faster than us or what cause having more I can't see that being an issue.. Unless we are going to run out??

I saw something on Facebook the other day. Now I'm sure I'm correct in saying that Norway is a very rich and prosperous place, less people than us but survives on Oil. Is that correct? If so why is it impossible that Scotland would fail?. At this current time I am neither for or against to be honest I would need serious facts and figures to vote either way.

110kg B/P 180kg D/L And I physically just can't do squats properly. I actually can't even squat properly without a bar ffs, my body just doesn't allow it. Go 4/5 times a week and had 2 weeks off for holiday and now it feels like starting again. I have strong shoulders, decent enough arms but my mates are pissing on me on the chest.... Work to be done!!!!!

Too true..... And I'll just add your Nan was always a favourite off mine. Teeth out she just couldn't be beaten...... Fair play. That's why she was my favourite nan , she always gave you the option , teeth in or teeth out . More then Lab's nan gives you. Well that's a bit harsh mate.... She does still have her own teeth!!!

Further I can't understand how he can look at her and think he fancies a ride. I'm 40, I can look at a lad and think phowar, nice looking. But never ever look at one and think 'oh I'd give that a go'. I just don't get what the attraction is for either of them. It doesn't compute for me I guess. Just out of interest as i dont really have an opinion either way...............but if you would let your kids play 18 age games....watch 18 age films etc etc.....................would you be ok with them walking in a pub and ordering a pint ?......having sex ?.......and any other things that are restricted by age ?......surely theres a reason things have age restrictions.....no ? Restrictions are a load of shite. Canny watch a porno but can already have sex and get married?? Can't legally get a tattoo but can drive a car?? C'mon who makes these rules up..... Laughable!!!!!

would you let your child use the internet for home work.............its only a couple of clicks for a child that could see something bad .......mine use the internet for research for homework,..........the oldest is on face book on his phone and can access the internet from this pc, his phone and his console.........and I cant supervise him all the time,..............but I trust him ,........hes capable of a lot of things on I.T as its a subject he does at school.......... what era you live in......?lol its each to there own ,.........when is a child ready to watch a hunt......?...........a
