Going for chub on smaller rivers as always summer or winter. Might try surface lures for them this year, always seem to do better with surface baits in summer and it keeps your hook out of most of the weed. anyone used these much for chub?

Used the bone one radiol.used it on toes mainly, to stop dislocated toes from caloussing had mixed results with it suppose it depends how bad the injury. Would only use it if you need to, smells strong and some dogs dont like it. Never used muscle one so not sure if its the same

When they are shite they are as bad as any x but when they are good they are better than most xs for certain jobs. Just like any other x in this game.i wouldnt be pissed if my bull cross wernt good on rabbit or a whippet x wernt good on fox. Theyre dogs for jobs but I think a little bit of bull can have a place in a good allrounder

Working Terrier Ornament By Billy Smith
jack2o replied to DEADHORSEANDDONKEYDEALER's topic in General Talk
How much they worth mate thats the best working dog ornament ive seen did he do any lurcher ones -
thats a proper bike bet theres not many in that condition about.id have to ride it though ruined loads of clean retro bikes and parts then wished id put them up.but the old ones are fun to ride ive bought brand new carbon bike in the past and sold it a year later because it weren't getting used i preferred my older bikes and spent the money on old parts for my retros losing nearly a grand.if i was racing though new bikes are quicker most of the time
-
Tried it for a laugh before with a leggy fell we used to have.it was a quick terrier so thought it might have a chance at few easy ones.well she didn't look as fast behind a rabbit but had couple round cover.could be risky unless you know the ground well if you know what i mean

i would say specialized do best kids bikes for the money. little bit more money for a lot better quality than most We always have paid a wee bit extra to get better, ever since they had the wee balance bikes when they learnt to walk lol he got a good box and a wee mountain bike way no gears, but he wants better for crimbo, cheers for that, my bike is a specialised, funny enough, mine come from local tip tho lollol makes sense mate fair play for getting him into it done the same with mine years ago.its a good sport or hobby and its kept me fit over the years hope he sticks at it

No worries (Goatdeluxe)...you've gotta ask. Got a '95 colombus elip Explosif in maroon, lovely frame to rip for 30 miles but after that it's a bit too harsh, not compliant enuf for me body size (i'd need one a size too small if i was useing it for jaunts)...the model under the explosif, was it called the kilaeau (close enuf) is the nicest, especially from 95 in a tange prestige tubeset....(Tan it all day-just the reet amount of flex). got 97 kila always wanted the ti hei hei from early 90s

Nah nothing that special prefer steel aswell got konas couple of the alloy amp frames which i dont really like 94 explosif is my favourite bike even on road these days.i actually prefer slogging up hills and long distance rides but i did go through the dh phase bit old now though and yeah the unicycle bloke deserves respect thats a whole other skill
-
Know what youre saying mate but hes a top level athlete not some fat bloke who goes for a spin on weekend.and yes his training will be a bit different to enduro or road riders but it still takes fitness skill and a lot more balls.been into bikes years and still ride regular got few 80s road bikes and some retro mtbs and a dodgy back to go with them lol.you ride much mate
-
So you wouldn't 'ride' a motorbike or horse either then? Do they have cranks on 'em ^?....not too intrested in riding a bicycle with nish cardio involved you still have to be fit and strong for dh it takes a lot out of you they train on road bikes anyway and theres a lot of cardio involved dont think you know much after that post sorry
