  13. Yes it is the direct replacement, available on ebay for about £9 for 140ml bottle will make about 9L of flea killing formula
  14. Harkamitex, 15ml in 1L of water in a spray bottle, spray all around the kennel and beds and 5 or 6 sprays around the dogs neck and down its back, the bottle does say not for use on livestock but i have never had a problem in 12 years, you wont see a flea or tick or any creepy crawlie near you dog this stuff is lethal, available on Ebay for about £9
  15. Cracking pics, very nice dogs, nice to see some action shots!
  16. If you cant take the dog to the vet then try this, If the torn skin is still there get some one to hold the dog while you stitch it back up, needle and cotton will do or super glue, i kid you not, i have used this method on my racing pigeons, then antiseptic powder to dry the wound (available from any decent pet shop), then cover the wound with absorbent cloth from any first aid kit and bandage over this, it does not have to look pretty and you will have to change it every day, and keep giving antibiotics until there is no redness (infection)around the wound. Hope this helps!
  17. Cant belive the utter Crap these people come out with, they dont have a clue.
  18. All of the above are true, a friend of mine never uses any pattern though and he shoots just as many as me, when i spend time setting "classic" paterns. One thing my friend and i do agree on though is that all the birds in the formation must face into the general direction of the wind and never away. Happy shooting mate!!!
  19. I have 3, an English springer spaniel (Fern) who works all season in the beating line and picking up on the odd occasion, a Jack russel (Poppy) who i have only ever used on rats and rabbits, and my new project Shaddow, an 8 month old Bull greyhound just started taking rabbits day and night, shaping up to be a nice dog and hoping to get some more ground to work him on.
  20. The one eating the crap is looking for Vitamins, feed them any left over veg from your diners mixed with a bit of gravy, the crap eating will stop in a week or two. Good luck!
