Wash goose brest very good, soak in col water 24 hour & wash again, mus have no blood.
fry onion,mushrum, cook slow gravy mix, let slow cook. slice gooses brest, into nice steak siz. simmer in gravy for 1 hour ,very very slow.add fries.
