  1. I know gay people who are more straight than him
  2. I can't say I know a lot about hounds but know a good pack when I see one...and the pack in question is easily up there with the best iv seen. Different huntsman to who the thread is about though...hats off to the man.
  3. it's in blucks book and why would that be a good enough reason to believe it??
  4. good post. Exactly my view just I'm not very good with words!!!
  5. Iv got a kennel full! I'm too attached to them to get rid
  6. You must be belonging to the silly useless p***y twat
  7. I'd rather jump in front of a train than get on the fury train. He's f***ing shit and will get exposed very soon.
  8. That's a load of rubbish. Why do you think a terrier is most under pressure at the end of a dig ? Anyone with a bit of skill would know the reason. Neil you give this man a hard time all the time If I see a post that I think is a load of rubbish I'll say so, that's my privilegeIf he post's a lot of shite that's his But, that statement that Stop End made is something that I've heard many lads say and it always pisses me off, not just because Stop End said it. A lot of lads do not realise the pressure that's on a terrier coming near the end of a dig and when they break through they see
  9. Seen gamehawkers gear at the show yesterday and in all fairness it's tip top ...and a gentleman to deal with. If anyone's after plastic boxes for your bikes he's the man to see.
  10. Yes true mate. Had a grizzly 550 before this and was a very smooth ride. Wondering if tweaking the suspension do anything to it?
  11. Has anyone on here had any experience with these quads? Iv had mainly Honda all my life but was getting a king quad 700 last week until a kvf 750 popped up for the right price. It has plenty of power which it needs as it will be carrying a fair bit of weight...but it seems a rough bumpy time compared to other bikes iv ridden. It does need the odd job like wheel bearings and maybe steering bearings but surely it shouldn't feel as stiff as it does going across rough ground? All help appreciated.
  12. I could take care if they were blue silver or even bald. Anything bar white ?
  13. Why would they be 'big names'? I thought they were just men with terriers who were more popular than some others for 1 reason or another ?
  14. Terrier and quarry really don't mind what'd going on above? Try smashing feck out of the ground with graft and shovel as hard as you can on top of a young terrier, not all like the sound of that above they're nut. Oh and next time your pretty close to breaking through and you hit a rock or root smash feck out of that too and see how the fox reacts to that...
  15. Do you mean the on and off button? A mates of mine has only had 1 proper season and it's started to be faulty. Hopefully he will sort it at the Welsh, not just that it also seems a tad unaccurate .
  16. The reason in some places for waiting an hour before starting to dig is because that might be what it takes. Not only does the terrier have to be in a spot where he'll feel confident but sometimes the quarry has to be where it wants. The only times that I'll listen to hear what's going on under ground is with youngsters. The box wont teach you about a youngsters style, only your ears and eyes at the end of a dig will teach you that. But when a terrier has become trustworthy and reliable I don't bother listening. I have faith in my terrier at that stage and if it's time to dig then I'm either
  17. Thrush I think you hit the nail on the head there mate. Only work matters your pre locator days may play a part in that because il be honest I'm not very good without my box, iv tried it before it switched a box on and iv ended up a few feet out (put the box on before a spade was in the ground) for instance in a rangey deep place with not many entrances but plenty of tubes how would you go about it then because we all know how sound can travel through a tube and out an entrance, just find it very difficult. And Neil why would you leave a terrier for an hour before you start? Nothing against i
  18. so what if he's 7+ feet in tight ground? Even with barring down you sometimes won't hear him...watch the box for five and then make your mind up. Onlyworkmatters how do you go about that in a big place, again if it's deep. Imo modern technology is the dogs, I'm too young to know any different. Sit down with a cup of tea box on or off...on I'd rather it not to chase the dog right away but I like to know how long he's been where and what he's been doing before he got there. Don't have to have a 'mark' as such to know what he's doing with this new technology you can tell from many metres away whe
  19. I can't remember the minibus drive home! Good day from what I remember....
