    With the amount of people on here , there has to be some bloggers . What are good blog sites for reading , and also what sites are good for starting a blog ? I keep a diary , and I'm thinking about transfering the contents to an online diary , or a personal blog . Cheers

    My R-10 MKII was so accurate out of the box I wouldn't have dreampt about sending it to anyone for aftermarket work. So why strip it ? if it was so good out of the box and brand new ............. But that said , i have an R10 here , its been JB`d and its VERY good .............

    On a production gun , +/- 3 thou ? I think you`ll find the tolerances much more than that . How can he do it ? he simply will change the part . I am certain of one thing , if the tolerances at BSA were +/- 3 thou then JB would never have to do anything to them . and the other side of that is if they are happy to let a rilfe through quality control that is not as good as is can be , then shame on them .

    Roger , what you on about ???? Dave did`nt say the bottle failed anywhere in his post . Should have gone to specsavers .......... Got my reminder letter from them the other day, i've yet to make an appointment Craig. Craig would you like me to make you appointment at the same time as mine? NO IT STILL DOES`NT SAY HIS BOTTLE FAILED . It just says that bottles do , and have , failed , NOT HIS .

    I dont think its fair to assume that the thread has been made with the intent of harming somebodys reputation . Dave has had an experiance , and asked openly about it . As far as Q/F`s go , i would`nt have one no matter who made it . He has said a couple of times not to take it the wrong way , and it seems that its already turning into a witch hunt .

    Well i guess you could say that , but one end of the air arms cylinder wall is tapered and has a large seal in it . The seal would pop before the cylinder did . Thats the way it was designed , and if someone were to put a quick fill in the side for example , i`d be dubious of it , would`nt you ?

    Personally i would`nt use a bottle with a quick fill on , would`nt take the risk .
