ok, bit of a mad request here, but im off to abersoch in wales this friday for a long weekend in a cottage the the mrs booked ages ago. im taking both my lurchers as they allow dogs. i was just wondering on the off chance if any of you kind folk are from around that area and fancy going for a shine? there are a few lads on here that can vouch for me! any help would be great otherwise i have to stay in with the mrs all weekend! cheers, matt

right then lads, this is my 1st post in this section so be gentle when you point out the blindingly obvious! where can i get springs for 2 larsen traps that i have obtained? and whats the best method for getting a call bird? i was told that a broken egg usually attracts maggies? these traps will be fed and waterd and checked on a regular basis according to the current laws! cheers, matt

i agree totally with socks, as thats axactly what i do with my pair. 1 dog is almost 4 and the other is almost 2 and they both have different jobs that i can rely on them to do(most of the time lol). because they aint massive dogs sometimes one of em mite need a little bit of assistance when doing certain jobs! but not all the time! matt

just got a d40 with 18-55 lens kit, just learning the bsics at the moment so should get a few pics up soon! -
purebreds have too many ginetic flaws being passed on to the next generation and by outcrossing, somthing called hybrid vigour is produced thus prolonging life and being slightly less suseptable to certain ills. well somthing like that anyway! dont remember much from scholl only the interesting stuff.lol im sure other lads on here can put you straight where ive got it a bit wrong!

the first one=sire-greyhound, dam- beddy/whippet (black)23tts and the second one sire-wheaten/grey dam whippet/grey 22.5 tts both good honest dogs!

hi all, im looking at getting a nikon d40 pakage, wich includes the 18-55mm lens. i was just wondering if this is suitable for running (dog) and general action pictures? or is there another type of lense i may need? cheers, matt
