Same as anything else knock on a door and ask be polite dont go looking like a camo terrorist,offer abit of help in exchange for permission its better to meet someone in person than phoneing them in my opinion they can only say no and if they do just keep knocking

It does not alway go to plan pal,good craic can make up for it though and sometimes its just good to be out with the dogs and like minded people

I dont see the point at all of crossing bulls into terriers for working ability,maybe if a line had got to close and was producing weak spindly terriers with poor heads and jaw maybe,but i would never put bull blood into to improve working ability,theres nothing they can do that a pure bred working terrier to working terrier cant do,ive also found them over hard and try to fight quarry instead of working it,i have seen and worked bull blooded terriers and dint bother with them very long they were slow starters and permanently in sick bay which is not what i want i guess there is some good ones

Early days yet for her pal definatly still deserves a chance,cant write a terrier of at that age and time in the game shes still learning and building confidence,in what way did the other 2 terriers fail ?? and how old were they or how many seasons did they have under there belt ??regards hedz

pal weve all seen different dogs and terriers pre ban do you think the stafford is a new invention or something ive seen a few staffords turn there nose up at the end of a dig after a terrier half its weight has done 3 or 4 hours holding it there,thats why stafford blood is rarely used and other bull blood or wheaten blood is prefered ive seen different bull breeds turn there nose when the going got tough ive yet to this day to see a wheaten turn its nose up

you never said anything like that pal you said patts have stafford in them and they should have stafford in them to be able to kill foxes and terriers get hammered etc etc i dont use pure bred terriers ,i use fells that are line bred they have nothing in them but working terrier to working terrier i cant decide on you yet your either just one of those blokes that thinks they know it all or your an anti or a complete spastic what ever you are you have shot yourself on this site with the shite you have dribbled are you sure your an ozzie or not just a wind up merchant getting a rise and what is

Get yourself a lamp pal and introduce him to rabbits in the easiest way make sure his recall etc is good and dont expect miricles straight away as they say practice makes perfect

are you crazy or just plain daft of course many dogs can work fox,but only a terrier can go to ground and work them and i mean work them not bloody kill them everytime it goes to ground, were talking terriers and earthwork here not what can catch and despatch a fox on top its a different kettle of fish when a fox is bottled up in a tight hole with only its teeth to go at not like when on top when a dog can use its size and power to over run one and shake it and grab it where it wants Yes, I'm talking about dogs going to earth to flush a fox out, or if it's a stubborn fox to fight it

like i said whin there not a potfillers choice its not everyones cup of tea rabbiting is it, if i was after a serious rabbiting dog i would go for another cross but i am not so they suit me ,and i am not really into faster quarry again i would go for a different cross even though my dogs take them occasionaly and take rabbits regular they do what i want them to do and do it well, and i do keep hounds and they work regular with them and there coat has never caused over heating and ive never had a problem with them with smaller dogs ie terriers any dog can be funny with other dogs its how you so

Never heard of them are they a working line ?? or just another internet advert if there in america they may originate from brian nuttalls terriers he has had a fair bit to do with sending stuff over there

why is it you take a pup out and charlie is everywhere and no rabbits you take an old dog out and all you get is bloody rabbits sometimes it just does not go your way
