    I dont get why everybody is getting a hard on because the lad put a name up there names gets mentioned everyday on here and in books and magazines and he did try and disguise it by spelling it wrong clever that putting the y in lad to be fair if he titled the thread jp's terrier folks could of been confused with parky ooooop's i said somebodys name sorry john ive seen a couple of them work mate they were ok nothing super special but i aint seen many and there is good bad and mediocre in every line of terrier dont let anybody tell ye otherwise

    Ok i will tell ye dave platts has never been a terrier man so if ye taking gospel of him shows what ye know secondly every dog i have in my kennels came from terriers of frank buck and there not f*****g patterdales ye twat ,frank buck used more lakey blood in his dogs and cyril breay always denied useing bull blood do ye homework and patterdales name came in more with brian nuttall after cyril breay and i would define a fell as a rough coated lakey type worker to worker bred terrier not a smooth coated black bull type,i cant belive ye took ye facts of a bloke that breeds a hell of alot of dee

    Kenny14, you are absolutely right, there are all sorts of aids we use to to help bagging our game, be it decoys, lures or spoons for fishing, scent sprays, baits, dogs, etc. the end result is to help us fill a tag. Yes, some people are short sighted on other hunters sports but I always accept it as a challenge to educate that hunter. In my opinion, I am sure if Hedz31 ever tried or was a little more open minded about a black bear hunt he would indeed see the ultimate pleasure in it. I doubt it mate i like hunting with dogs only either hounds terriers or lurchers and i am open minded,i aint

    if you use a line bred coursing dog the saluki is so far back its hardly worth talking about.but like you i am not a saluki fan.
