  1. as king ratcatcher sais, there seems to be huge claims to many rabbits and pigeons being taken although no pictures to support this  and a tenner is abit steep when just using the range...gets abit boring after a while hitting the same old targets ok if your local but not worth the travel IMHO
  2. up close the weihrauch is the best by far...BUT downrange there is no differance what so ever.... the noise of the pellet hitting its target makes more noise anyway....but if you want an adaptor try [bANNED TEXT].k.neil on the airgun BBS forum mate
  3. im not to sure but il be checking in the morning to see if shes still passing it
  4. raw mate and complete as treats only..... so they get around a handfull maybe 2 a week of dry, mainly to tame the jill down abit, working great so far aswel
  5. Hi again everyone, i noticed when i went out this morning one of my ferrets the jill i think has pure white stools and peeing white/milky colour.... reason for believing its the jill is the male normally pees around an inch or so in front of his shite for obvious reasons....this is all combined and a very MILKY colouring....shes fine as usual and is eating and behaving the same...any ideas of what this could be? no change in diet and they have been fine.doesnt seem to have bothered her...maybe something she ate? hutch is always spotless and stools get cleared out daily so nothing to worry abou
  6. they should be good rifles them mate, first off as suggested above get it chronographed...is it holding its charge? ie not leaking? what are you charging it to?
  7. you can buy a thermal wrap to fit the bottles mate, that stops them freezing up...only a couple of quid aswel....easy to clean if you ever need to and no worries about defrosting.

  11. depends on what you want to know [bANNED TEXT]?
  12. there deadly accurate in the mfr so why not use them? they do a hell of alot of damage and drop anything quicker than i have seen before. The internal damage caused is far superior than most other pellet most of the time resulting in a quicker kill....ideal squizzer pellet too if accurate through your rifle...also ideal for all the bsa ultra shooters out there that love there close range ratting
  13. lee got a woodie earlier with the 18g exterminator...heres a closer pic of the damage it done to its bonce ...............
  14. mine love squizzer... only that gets left is the skin and fur.... i tend to freeze them first though as some of the squizzers carry mites,,,actually alot of them if not all.
  15. cheers everyone...no problems here then just gets abit confusing with so many differant points of views around
  16. the pole cat colour is ok, i quite like them anyway and the people who keep them who want some kits like the polecat colours as they have a few already....cheers for the replies so far.....the poley in the pic is actually the brother of the one i have at the moment,i need to get a new picture but am using it as a guideline as he looks a spitting image of the brother in the pic :thumbs-up:
  17. righty 'o' everyone, ive read a few bits on people agreeing and disagreeing on the breeding of ferrets but where do you stand within the colours to breed with? also whats not considered as acceptable and do people tend to go by this when thinking of breeding? or am i being to ANAL about the whole situation? heres a pic of my hob and jill would these be two acceptable colours to breed with? http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/347/ferretjillfc4.jpg my jill http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/2892/ferrethob2zq8.jpg hob

  23. Hi mate i cant really comment as ive not been out myself but its a good read and can learn quite abit from others first trips....ive had my hob and jill for a couple of weeks and she was a right old biter...shes calmed down alot now and hopefully soon il try and get them in the swing of things to be worked. You have a nice hob there aswel, pretty much like mine, what do you feed him on? i know of a couple of places around that as soon as you step onto the land land the rabbits just bolt...but then others i know you can walk around and they just come out in front of you, maybe it just needs to be
  24. haha cheers mate, im currently using a differant one as i wasnt sure about the frontline ....il wait until that wears off and get some frontline.... never know when them bloody fleas will strike
