    Condition's seemed ok to me so i had a little nip out on Ianb's land for a flick about with the Lil..i thought it was going to be a little too bright but the rain cloud's came over and the wind was gusting pretty good..on getting to the first field i left Lil of the lead so she could empty herself prior to lamping..on getting to the gap to the field the little shite had already beat me to the field and she quickly nailed a bunnie after one turn without me even getting chance to put the lamp on.. ..she carried on running in fine style to nail another 10 and 2 of them where of one slip..she has

    You are in charge of the Pup matey if you can't keep it on the lead or work out where she may get a few run's then you are onto a no brainer..she can whine all day long in the garden that will not make any difference or contribute to a yapper..

    If it's going to yap they is not much you can do other than hold it back and give it load's of easy kill's imo..if they reach adult hood and still yap they is little you can do from what i have seen..i had one here year's ago that would wine the place down if something got up under foot but was silent if something got up in the distance.. .. i suppose anything will yap eventualy if it's constantly over matched and it's confidence is constantly trashed.. that's why i don't like running them too early..i was border line with the pup i have now but i have nipped it in the bud hopefully and she i

    The pup is still young Longtail so i hazard a guess it can be stopped if it's held back..it may be in it's blood and be a yapper all it's life but they is no harm in holding it back to minimise the chance of it screaming the place down

    Keep the pup on the lead when out with the other dog and forget about chasing anything for a few monthes now..just consentrate on some training work..she has obviously been over matched at such a young age..like i said keep her away from bunnies for a while now otherwise it may become a habit that you may never break..

    I have alway's zeroed at 35yrd's and i seem to be able to hit stuff from 10 out to around 40yrd's with little adustment..a little bit of plinking practice will learn me where to aim for further target's..

    Yes it realy is that simple..come on it's not rocket science is it.. ..obviously they will be teething problem's to start with but a bit of common sense usualy overcome's these problem's..

    I have a young friend here who has just bought a new one for his first rifle..i have set the scope's somewhere near for him but boy the spring is pretty loud when fired..is they any hint's and tip's on how i can smoothen it down a little bit for him..because at the moment it's on par with a pneumatic drill..

    Imo you don't need a older dog/food ball's or anything else for that matter all you need is rabbit's that are not impossible to catch..don't slip the dog till it has seen the rabbit move and it will click sooner or later..
