    Treat for ear mite it will kill it if you don't..

    Here's a couple i made..the one with the tunnel was for pheasant's but it also caught pigeon's.. This one was made with bob wire's to catch feral's which it caght a load of..it was also good at catching thick terrier's..

    Check for ear mite's..if they get ear mite they can appear to be drunk.. Edited to add i would still treat it for ear mite even if you can't see any..

    That Ficam is fooking lethal and will kill anything that flies and crawl's..a friend uses it to good effect but it is expensive and you need a good dust mask..i use Ant Raid powder in my shed's..

    I have not had much luck with my redpoll's either..the first clutch from 2 pair's where infertile..the second clutch produced one lot infertile and the other clutch early dead in shell..but the 3rd clutch hatched yesterday for one lot..and it's not just finches that are having a bad time a friend of mine is having a bad time trying to hatch chicken egg's.. My feed method is...good quality british finch mix/millet spray's/sweetcorn and petis pois peas with added sunflower heart's/hemp and salflower..the sweetcorn is changed 3 times aday along with the moist egg food..they also get a endless su

    Here is this hen's second nest of chick's..the first nest had 3 chick's which are fully weaned now and this nest has 5 in it which are due for ring's today or tomorrow..
