    It is not a matter of not beleiving you, I am sure you are a man of integrity,however despite the fact that you are in the fortunate position of having a desk top full of scopes to look at,this whole debate boils down to one thing opinion,as stated I have been shooting for 30+ years and have used/owned a huge variety of scopes,the good ,bad and ugly,so I like to think I have a reasonable eye to determine a good scope,well it just so happens I was in a gunshop yesterday and had a look at a bushnell banner,and it was not too bad,I realise that looking out onto the street is not a good test for a

    Well I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience,(though you do not tell us what it was) however I will reiterate, I challenge anyone to suggest a better, brighter,more asthetically pleasing scope for 165 ish quid,the build quality is way way above, all your Hawk,Nikko,Tasco,ect, and lets not forget, in the world of cameras Nikon are at the top of the game,I dont (unfortunately) work for Nikon, I just feel that their products are brilliant. Optically the Diamondback scopes from Vortex are better and so are also Burris and Sightron scopes in this price class. The difference is also th

    Dunc do yourself a favour and get a Nikon prostaff, Optics wharehouse are doing em at 165 quid, they cannot be beaten by anything around the price, nothing and I mean nothing comes close,how they can produce such stunning optics for that price is beyond me, and the bullet drop reticule is the dogs reproductive organs. see you soon bud.

    You must have a pretty shitty 10/22 mate, I can confirm what seeker says, I have seen him shoot lots of bunnies with his,perhaps I should have been shocked at all the 60,70,,90, and 100yrd bunnies Ive seen him drop.

    Im afraid I cant help you with a supplier,however try phoning kent and asking them for your nearest one, but if you take my advice dont buy the number 1s they are s--te, the pattern goes to pot after 25 yds, the 3s though are very good indeed,I have shot a lot of duck and geese with them, and at some good ranges too, stay away from the no 1s mate honestly.

    .204 is a lot faster than .223 and will cause just as much meat damage on bunnies, if not more, if you are not shooting above say 200 yds a .22 hornet is a super little fox round, and a bit kinder on bunnies (but you will still need to head shoot em) its also cheap as chips to run if you reload, just remember though if you did get a deer in your sights, munty or cwd in England or wales, Roe in scotland, a hornet or .204 is not legal but .222 .223 .22-250 ,220 swift are, so you might want to bear that in mind, good luck mate.

    7 1/2s will give you humane kills if your a competent shot with them ... rabbits, crows pigeons pheasant snipe woodcock squirrel and the odd duck and hare have all been shot by us with no issues Hmmm duck, I was not aware you could buy none toxic in 7.5s, and hares well I hope they were no more than ten yards away with 7.5s otherwise you are a cruel sod who does not deserve to be shooting.
