i know sp ,i,m trying 2 loose a few pounds ,but i just love my food ,i train [weightlifting] 4 times a week and i,ve lost some weight but it allways catches up somehow,but it dos,ent stop me doing my stuff ,for a big lad i can still shift lol and its a honda qr 50
