  1. Hiya Stealthy. Excellent shooting mate, nice bag Aghh... the sight's, smell's, and sound's of nature are indeed a joy to behold. The unmistkable, hollow, clapping sound of cow chit hitting the deck. Haunting drift's of steam, generated from gallon's of warm cow piss hitting the frost covered grass. The unmistakble smell of pig chit, as it caresses the notrils when whafting through the air. The straining scream of a tractor reving its gut's out. OHHH yes mate......I feel it too. ATB. Bill.

  8. Hi Jack. Sounds like your doing well at Uni mate, and enjoying a spot of time off Not what you expect to see while out with the rifle is it . Glad everyone was ok. From your post it sounds like a young chap with a lead foot and no experience. Trouble is, its normaly somone else they kill, not themselves. Hope your next trip out isnt so traumatic buddy. ATB. Bill

  13. Hi Si. Nice shot Sir!! What took you so long, the bird nearly died of old age ATB. Bill.
  14. Hi Dean. Depend's on the size you want etc. The 9/13 with adjustment and swivel head is the LM. The adjustment does come in very handy mate, especialy if your shooting on uneven ground. Also get's you over some of the longer grass/scrub. Have look at ther link Stealthy put up, good pod at a good price too. ATB. Bill.
  15. Hi Shannon. Well look at you.....your a much better shot than the old man Marksmanship of that calibre, richly deserves a reward......like the Rifle of your choice for instance Brilliant shooting Shannon, perfect shot's I reckon your Dad has competition......and about to empty his wallet too:clapper: Look forward to reding about your next trip. Go easy on the old fella......and let him shoot ONE Congrats. ATB. Bill.
  16. I thought all that digested curry had piled up into a backstop
  17. Just clicked the link and got a page full of fancy shoe's Looked at a cuople of pair's, but finding it hard to compliment my shooting atire. Quite taken with the ankle straps, but the heel's would play havoc going over the cattle grids
  18. Love to read post's like this one .....Excellent shooting Shannon Bill.
  19. Hi Catcher. Yes, he couldnt have been nicer, I think a lot depend's on how you treat them most of the time. Everything was in order, so it was a defo one up for hunting ATB. Bill. Hi Bill before the ban i never had any pobs with the police a few times they would ask me if the could have a look at it and would say hope you have good luck. Now i just cant trust them.atb. Catcher Understodd mate, and sorry you had a rough deal buddy:thumbs:
  20. Hi BB. Personaly Id go for the 9/13 inch with swivel head, I find it brilliant. The grass is longer at the mo, and its always nice to have the adjustment to shoot in different situations. Just my thought's mate. Bill.
  21. Oh well if you do catch his eye, just shake yer bunny at him and wave Thats all I do, although the last time I saw the chopper I was at the far end of the paddock and he didn't come in so close, maybe he recognised me as being "That Weird Bloke who lays around the Cemetery in the dark" Phantom Sound's like a plan Tony
  22. Hi Logan. I think your right mate ......they are not all bad though. Nice to know they are about, we would all be in the chit without them ATB. Bill. True mate!! Its just a shame there are so many bad ones that spoil their reputation!! Hi Logan. Ive alway's thought, right or wrong, that the one's who can be a bit arsey are the young un's. The attitude is usualy a cover for lack of confidence in given situations. Give me the old bobby everytime, someone who has seen a bit of life's rich tapestry, and not fresh of the conveyor belt.
  23. Hiya Tony. Thank you mate Yes he was as good as gold. Not had the pleasure of Oscar 99 yet......but give me time Bill.
  24. Hi Davy. Good luck, and good cheer, mithing you already mate Have a great time!! Safe Journey. Bill.
