  1. They will be tame and not hand shy but no different to normal ferrets - I have to disagree. Sorry. They will be far more alert and alot faster. I also find that even the half cross's take a bit more handling to bring them to the same level of tameness. They are great animals though and in no way am I putting them down. regards ian Thats also my experience of them Ian I gave up on the idea some time ago in favour of ferrets from a good working strain.
  2. Would any of you have a contact for Andy Brewer? I've lost his number and need to get in contact with him about using a small hob of his this spring for a litter. By PM would be better and you can check with him in advance of giving the number. If I don't get any joy, have any of you got a small working hob I could borrow the services of? Thanks in advance...

It is starting to come together a bit now Hywel,and,I had a phone call today(Thurs)to tell me that someone will be calling to ask me to control some pests on some land,and,when i say pests,I mean deer/foxes/and a s**t load of rabbits,so things are starting to look good....................martin. Happy days mate

  14. Yes i agree lovely ground in this spot,, and to total it,, its just what over the road from my house,, A seconds walk. Its not all arable like that tho,, If you go to the left of the wood it gets rather hilly and banks full of gorse and bramble,, Fox and rabbit heaven.
