Just woundering lads, whats a decent pellet for target shooting ? Im joining a rifle club this week so i want a decent pellet for the job without spending alot as all im doing is shooting bits of metal for 4 hours a week. Cheers atb migmog.

remember your only a kid yourself,boys will be boys and accidents happen,my thoughts go the wee mans family,rip I am only 15 myself but i am educated enough to know gun safety, and yes, i have shot at a tin can before, but a riccochet off of a tin can is very unlikely to kill someone. The adults should have been supervising them. Your only just old enough to be whiping your own arse son not running around giving pearents advice and putting the world to righs! Go and whipe your nose lad!

Personaly i think and i also think i vouch for other responsible air weapon enthusiasts that new regulations should be made, like all air weapons should be locked in gun cabinets along with ammo. A simple law like this could save lives. I dont think this tradgerdy is downt to irrisponsible children because children are children & they dont see potentialy dangerouse situations as the older generation do. To children its just a bit of excitment & fun as all of us should rember our selves. This accident is down to pure ignorance of the danger that air rifles pose to young innocent childre

A few weeks back i nearly took a 22 bullet in the head shooting at pennys blutacked to a fence post, we where taking it in turns to shoot the pennys a mate fired the gun and the bullet bounced of the penny and whized right past my head only feet away. The bloke who owned the rifle was about 75 & the other 2 blokes are in there 50's im 40 so it goes to show its not only kids that can be irresponsible . And im having none of it that everybody hasnt done somthing silly at least once or more before. Boys and toy's comes to mind for me !! And before some smart arse comes out with guns arnt toy

You could have a very good point here mate ! Your right about the barbs, if anybody found a dog like that the first thing you would do is unhook it and as you can see no barbs, why wait till you got it to a vet ? The papers are full of shyt these days. Anyway i still dont like foreigners

Nice shooting staelthey dude just woundering, is that some kind of timer that tells bunnies its time up on the front of that rifle ?? Its very pritty The clock on the front of my gun tells the bunnies how much pressure they were killed by, just in case they want to work it out in ft/lbs with there last gasp :rofl:

Wouldnt mind knowing where you got your s410 with scope & silencer for £350 to £400 because i havnt seen a deal like that know where. I paid £485 for the s410 & £ for my hawke nite-eye 3-9x50 R-G IR, £39 for the logan ccfc silencer and i wouldnt buy a stirrup pump for £120 when i could buy a 3lt charging bottle for £139 deliverd. If you look on ebay youl get a 15lt bottle for £130ish. I wouldnt buy a gun just because i liked the look of it that the first big mistake you'l make and if you have a look around and read lots of reveiws youl get a reasonable idea of whats what. When

Iv had four lightning xl's, first one the silencer had a fault, the second one fired when i took the safty off "on its own" the third wouldnt cock, the fourt lost its power after a few times out. I have the scorpion and the mag isnt very reliable!! Personally i think they should withdraw all there rifles and start over because its nothing short of poor designs & shoddy engineering, they build the lighnings in spain so thats speaks for its self! All there gaining at the moment is a very bad reputation FACT !! Because i for one think there utter shyt period. TMHO Right from the heart . :real
