    if you got the correct breeding,then you are on the correct path most of the time..i stick to stuff i know myself. as long as your happy with the way your terrier works,to hell what others may think..all i can say is,i gat the results with mine and dont wish to change the lines

    goes without saying,it depends on the places in which you are working..wouldnt even hear a baying terrier in some of my spots but other places are that shallow my grandmother could find the terrier and shes been dead many years..

    [ plummer..Mmmm,not my type of terrier BUT,although he did some upsets and nearly all slag the terriers off,just look how popular they are..again,i aint,never had or never will have 1 but each man to their own..

    never had a locator when i started out which was by accident.my border/lakey went to ground in a rabbit place,when i eventually broke through and was geated by a pissed fox with the terrier holding it chops it switched me..i was out dropping my terrier in every hole i came to and on my own..wasnt until i met another digging chap who had the kit and knowledge that i purchased a locator(and a new terrier as seeing decent terriers work made me notice what a waste mine was )

    i too have known david for a while although not been out with him and the only terrier ive seen of his was maud..david bought a gun off me not too long ago.much of the slating is purely jelously as not many get the regular result as others do.. i have too known jason a few years,again a nice honest bloke(BUT GINGER!! )..if the line of terrier were so bad,why do many have it..does make one think

    i enjoy a good read like any other man and looking at some decent photos but unfortunately the books are not only on sale to us legitimate terrier(etc) lads therefor only giving more ammo and educating the anti brigade. i wish 1/2 the lads that get slated on some of these threads were members of this site then maybe some of the twats that do all the slagging off too could be educated..

    ive fished the avon alot in the past,it aint too far from me and totally stuffed with pike up to 8lb although there are also many in the double figures.may have to go tighten some lines again shortly..got a lake near me thats holding a fish of 32lb aswell..

    dont think id be buying another pair of wellies.boots and gaiters for me..i wear them every day,certainly last longer just a bit of pissing around keep having to do the laces but they are also easier/quicker to dry than wellies..

    same as that.used to wear le chameaus,£230 a pair,lasted me 6-8mths..got boared throwing money away so now wear boots and gaiters..

    usually found in long grass on hedge or fence line but like darcy said,very unlikely to find the litter..unfortunately,although you have posted regarding leverets being about,there will still be lads coursing adults..

    well i like the dog! afraid i only use dogs i know or have seen work a few seasons or a dog a friend vouches for..plain to see this terrier has done some graft..im sure after a few more lads have wound you up,someone may contact you..good luck pal...

    everyone says wait til you are 60+ but to be honest,when you are bald,have bad eye sight,wrinkles,can barely walk,piss yourself and cant get a hard knob.a tattoo will be the last thing on my mind
