    Yeah i dont know what part of the cow it is mate lol... Its lumps of meat quite bit of white fat - conextive tissue ?? Not sure what it is, looks like its spikey - like a hedgehog or something.. I have apicture on my Iphone if you pm me your number I will txt it to you.. Or I will get my lass to put it on the computer for me tomorrow.. I wont get it again 2 out of four of mine never ate it.. Chunks vary in size some size of your thumb and some the size or a fist..

    Used to have a butcher that done decent mince.. Could ate it yourself.. Used to watch him put it through mincer.. Old boy retired and the new guys mince was shit.. Full of allsorts even pork I think, it was funny colour and would turn fast even in the fridge DAF stuff is right fresh never stinks Any other meat suppliers in Scotland / North England ??

    Just rang them.. Dont deliver up my way Furthest north is lancaster I'm an hours drive before Lancaster so hopefully they should deliver to me, think i might try them when i next need to order I go to preston once a week so could maybie meet them but its a f**k about.. will just have to pay the new prices or find alternative supplier ooop north

    So really if you still not to get a certain weight.. You have to buy more at a higher price.. I am actually boiling I never got a email mind I order over the phone had a dodgy pay pal incident.. I can get fairly cheap chicken mince from a local chicken factory but come is massive blocks ,its a pain and i like the red meats/Tripe that DAF supply..

    Seems fairly steep.. I buy in 100lb some times more.. 100lb is 5 boxes, with there changes I would loose a box and a 1/4 of one... If thats the case I will get my stuff else where.. I dont mind a price rise but not to get less product for my money .. Bit shit

    I use DAF and cant fault them mate... Used minced Chicken,Beef,Lamb, Tripe +Chicken, Choice chunks, Tripe. Going to place order and give the chicken feet and lamb ribs ago this time as well as my normal minces.. Used the minced ofal but recon meat would just be better.. I just think its easy as it comes in 1lb blocks it fits in freezer perfect and easy to defrost. Years ago I used lungs for butcher "lights" I think its called... may be wrong lol had all the tubes and that attached.. Maybe i never gave enough other stuff but they were dropping weight..     Get him steady and under control, it will be much more fun for you both.. You should be able to get him right for september.. If not keep at it.... If you settle for less the dog will get worst as it keeps getting away with stuff.. f**k that fenton shit in the dark scarring the game away.. its a bad head A lad i knew had a dog. If it missed he had to put it straight onto another, as it would not come back till it caught one.. The dog only kept doing this shit cause he let.. Put the work in mate and reep the reward later on

    Have you been lamping before ??? Its easier to watch than try to explain, Well I recon anyway... You want your dog to see rabbits, while on the lead or at heal.. Run down the beam and wether they chatch or not, come straight back after the run.. You dont want them hunting up or running loose.. You want them like a yoyo really.. Get yourself out with a decent lad to show you the ropes.. But its not rocket science - You will pick up whats expected fast..

    Its basic obediance makes no difference day or night.. The lamps easy get the dog out plenty enough and they learn... Daytime let them hunt they find and flush game.. As long as you get that recall - stock breaking - the rest will come natural... The more game you can put infront of a dog the better learning experiance it gets... With in reason tho you dont want to sicken a dog on the lamp with to many runs you need to build that up slow and steady.. But daytime ferreting - mooching the more the better..
