    STUNNER

I got her/him in an email from the missis months ago...a "friend" of ours in the states had sent it We've a couple of sex changers live near us...going the opposite way to each other Last summer we were passing the time of day and him/her bent down at the gate. I told him/her not to put his/her hand through the gate, him/her did and the terrier gave him/her a nip jumps up and turned to her/him and said "i hate them fkin little rat dogs" I said she dont much like you either Very pleasant people though...takes all sorts
  10. Upper hand No...Under hand Yes Fact..there are more antis in parliament than there were people signed up to the anti Staghunting petition http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/staghunting/ 45 people and the petition is timed out. The "Pro" repeal the hunting act petition has nearly 1000% more signatures than the "anti" ignore the repeal " petition Non of the anti-hunt groups disclose the number of members they have...do you think this is because there are so many or so few All hunting organisations membership numbers are growing year on year. Whoop...Whoop...Whoop

    Nanny state

    They tried .....................................But, it failed
  14. I think the promo is excellent from the point of view of traps being banned due to cruelty...the film shows they haven't a case. 500,000 Where on earth do they get a figure like that from, and to top it off, 150,000 for an anti It beggars belief One trapper, on his own could of easily made a film of this quality in the course of his work. But, 500,000 it absolutely stinks. I'm not surprise people left.
  15. Its all systems go here my snowdrops have gone, primroses, primula and pansy are all in flower and the Crocuses are flying. A few Daffs are out, the majority is still to come, Hyacinths and Tulips are coming on strong and even some of the tropical plants i have have outside have broke the surface
  16. Cheers, Did a couple in the front garden a couple of years ago, haven't had any since. So with a bit of luck...one or two more and that will be it for squirrels. I'll have to buy another feeder or maybe get one of them posh chainmail jobbies Millet has I'll still keep the traps going as it's next to a stream so there's bound to be rats and other pests...Who knows i might even beat Ditchy to a mink
  17. I'm chuffed to get out of the winter and into the spring. Then i'm glad to go from spring into summer. Before the end of summer i want autumn and am looking forward to the Winter...Then it all starts again...Love it.
  18. I got myself a bit of an allotment recently, bramble heaven more like Not been used for 10+ years So i set up some nest boxes and put up nut feeder up for the birds. Well...it had to happen didn't it, after a week of harmony i found this Some good came of it though as two hen pheasants flushed when i went to it, they'd been picking up the fallen nuts. Luckily a mate gave me a couple of traps a bit back, so all i had to do was make a tunnel. Job jobbed, now it was only a matter of time. The following day the mesh was in the worse state and the little had munched mor
  19. Love the pic Funny little birds....had one about a place i used to live...if you walked up to him...he'd lean forward and stick his head right out to get a better look at you ...Funniest was when about 40 Redlegs came collecting berries off the shrubs in the front garden, and he was on the wall..Running the top of the wall, Stamping his feet, moving his head from side to side and bobbin up and down, They just ignored him, must of known he was a dreamer

  21. Hit the G&T's early...maybe too early Bread of Heaven
  22. Happens every year with us Jonesy...its a ball ache...but you get used to it. Up the fell they come, clearing out the holes as they go. If there's a dead sheep, they may stay a week or two, but then they go back down again. Its as if they get sick of eating beetles and whatever else they can scratch up. There just isn't the food supply to hold them up top for long. Sometimes he kindly makes it really obvious he's in residence
