    Ok, so we keep reading about antis and other stuff but these are just trivial matters compared to what is happening elsewhere... Namely Afghanistan. A guy who I served with has sent a letter explaining if these Royal Marines get charged then they're putting the lives of every serviceman/woman out there at risk as it world always be in the bank of their mind of they were confronted by insurgents whether or not they too would be tried......     Keep posting..... The world is turning into a bunch of tree huggers.... What would make me laugh and maybe taken to the extreme but god forbid it ever happen would be got a plane load of them to fall foul and find themselves in a survival situation how many of them would turncoat on their so called beliefs and do "anything" for food.... Or would they just let themselves perish??? Darryl

    Cheers Chris Yes it's the Viper Connect mate, I'll hopefully be hearing from Paul from Comnectamount to get the proper mount for it this week. It takes some getting used to having zero eye relief but they're fantastic scopes. Darryl

    You say that mate....but comparitively speaking, compared to normal, going off the number I saw, to what I actually shot I'd say there were 4 rabbits left...... Its a permission I havent been to for more than 4 mths expecting it to be alive with 3/4 and full growns and actually saw no more than 12 over the 150acres I walked, all the "hotspots" were bare.....     I'm totally knackered today.... Arrived back home at 19:30, emptied the car, wiped the rifles down, stowed them away and went thru all my gear.... The case of the missing R10 mag has been solved, cheers to whoever put it in the top of my toolbox Started back at work at 03:30, it should be illegal to have such a cracking weekend then come back to the monotony of work...:laughing: Just got to go through the 16Gb of photos at the weekend...
