    its the old adage of "UP TO" Same as your broadband speeds.... "Up to" 20Mb NS 200 "Up to" 200yds..... you get the idea..... Basically theyre just covering their arse to do "as it says on the tin" then noone can say it doesnt..... Then on the plus side when you can see well over the "desired" range you're happy as larry!! :-) Darryl
