might be able to smell that run in the window be it urine or disenfectant mate

with the sun ventilation and the ability to look around its probably best to have a weather proof shed but open run with steel fencing and no roof

do any of yee think that its better to have a kennel/sleeping area but to have the run part without a roof so that it doesnt feel so enclosed ? and i know my dogs like lying in the sun,but im building new runs but dont know which way the dogs would prefer roof over run or not? plus if the run is wet the dogs paws will be wet and then the bed will be too

yes it happens i saw a photo on here of a hundred and four. but that was in the- best ever night or dog thread- its a graet night if its achieved but how often could it be done. plus there would be nothing left for it to be done again on that land for a long time definetly not the norm like sum people would lead you to believe.

well u wont get numbers like that hangin around for long in ireland,im begining to think theres must be more people in ireland with lurchers because a good few would be killed off soon and with other fellas shooting and ferreting throughout the season. youd be very lucky to get land for eighty succesful runs and where there not heading for the ditch as soon as the light turns on . the dogs would be capable imo

i had a three quarter collie grey that killed them for fun. he didnt take any stick if a dog is clever they learn where to grab them plus the first impact makes a big difference.
