  11. Ya hit the nail on the head Liam, much prefer to bring on a pup, but having said that i did take on an older dog in the past two years, but he came from a friend and I was well aware of the dogs form, but yes you are right I think its a pup all the way for me.
  12. Oh thats nasty, think the reported would have came down to his level had his cracked him one, always important to keep the head. Could I have kept the head, dont think so,,, I thik I could kick that c**t to death and they go have a meal..
  13. Advice me arse, tell em to do one, you and ur dogs are doing what ye love to do, think you will find that most dogs have a wee fault somewhere along the line, some lurchers wont retrieve to hand, some wont come back on the recall, its all part of what we do and if you are happy with you dogs then fcuk to everyone else, by the way what way is the hairy one bred???
  14. I too have been asked to shoot them in the past, I surpose its one way of keeping lads off the land, no hares means no walkers. Fair play to you for not shooting them.

  20. Am just back in now from the fields, was out with springer and SG, b*****d of a farmer ran me off the land, in the end I got round the f****r, only because I know a good friend of his, never had problems on that land before. Its seems that the farmers had a chat at the local mart and spread the word about the damage that was caused to the fences and the sheep been ran all over the place, from what I am told they are taking no prisoners, be careful out there.
  21. It seems to be serious stuff now Danny, I surpose the best thing for the lads to do is stay well clear of the place.
