  3. them winchesters dont half hit them hard, my shooting partner uses federals in his tikka 595 with good results Im getting good accuracy with the winnies although I cant get them at the shop closer to me so I have to try something else or spend a tenner extra on fuel to get to the shop that sells them

Went out for a second morning in a row this time after charlieas we'd seen not even an eye in the last 3 night outings.Up at 5am so we could get up to a bit of wood where the farmer had seen a fox regularly before first light in the hope of getting there before it after fighting our way through the fog wondering if we were wasting our time we got there at about 7 with the fog just rising we sat in and waitedafter about 30minutes there he was coming down the other side of the valley with not a care in the world.Id picked a spot that I judged was about 160-170yds away that was a clearing in the

  8. +1 for the Eley's ,the remmies just dont do it thru my old cz, the winchesters are accurate put were prone to jamming in the barrel and the cci's seemed to be quite high in powder had a lot of fliers and a good few out of each box sounded like HV's.

  16. I used a cammo sock right up the barrel on my cz style and it worked a treat under all lamping conditions.

Im actually just in the middle of trying to decide between a t12 and an ase utra northstar both seem very close sound and weight wise the only thing swaying me just now is when I was watching 2 of the guys I was stalking with yesterday taking the t12's off there rifles the mods were unscrewing as well ,not sure if this would cause a problem or just be an inconveince .

  20. Have you tried polystyrene on a piece of glass ,the foxcall uk call (the charlies about here dont seem to like it but spoke to a few guys who swear by it)or the old favourite of mine the back of hand or pursing lips .Atb anyway
