  1. ahh good stuff, cheshire gun rooms my local shop, nice guys!
  2. lol @ title! Would you be looking for all elements of fishing or just the traditonal stuff? For instance would you prefer to photograph someone trotting a river with a cane rod and centerpin or an ultra modern carper? I can accomodate all! If you are ever in the North West i lease my own private pond on a farm. We have fishing and shooting in the same place all in the country-ish!
  3. Try a cage feeder. Mash up some bread with sweetcorn and squeeze it onto the feeder with breadflake or sweetcorn on 12-14 size hook. Maybe try mixing a bit at a time til you get the consistency right (to soggy and it will just fall out). Good for all silver fish, carp, tench etc. If you find your not catching with the maggot feeder (which you should do really) try increasing your hooklength and down size the hook. Enlarge of a few of the holes and for the first hour re cast every 10 mins (6 casts) then after reduce to 20-25 mins. Ive also found that maggot in the feeder with a nice fat
  4. shotguns/rifles need to be away and out of sight. Air rifles as well soon!
  5. top fish well done that lad, although i know of 1 guy on here who wouldnt even mention a "small" fish like that. But thats just him.
  6. Someones selling this but they dont know what it is, any ideas? Uploaded with ImageShack.us the only marking on the gun is "durham" stamped on the barrel which i think refers to the steel. Av a go!
  7. hi mate, sent you messages about your big chew fish, yet you never seem to answer? Are you getting them.

  8. Brace of 6's on the Goyt yesterday and a nice Brownie as well. Got the coldest hands of my life though!
  9. Theres a lot of waters tenner a rod near per 24 hrs (typin it it doesnt sound that cheap! haha) and you can pick up baits cheap off ebay etc. But, get the gear to roll your own boilies and you can save a lot as long as you dont start buying magical, expensive additives etc. I find the biggest expense for me these days is leads. I always fish with a lead release clip so whenever i hook a decent fish the resistance opens the clip and the lead drops off. Again though, you can make your own and thats something im going to be looking into this year. Carp fishing can still be done on the cheap,

      Good f*****g riddance.....YEE HA!!!

  11. Never said it was a HUGE fish, my biggest pike stands at 36lb from Chew Valley, and my biggest UK freshwater fish is a 47lb Common from Acton Burnell. So yeah, i do know what im doing. I was just making a point after you knocked my sound advice, that decent fish do come from that peg if you fish it right. A 19lb Pike is still a nice fish and still well worth noting. Why you felt the need to discredit what i said without offering anything up yourself is beyond me, and then why send me a message about it as well? Bit sad really isnt it mate.
  12. ive taken a 19 and 22 from that swim and nothing worth catching anywhere else. Maybe i just know what im doin
  13. im now an uncle! Bro's had a little girl, Brook, 7lb 8oz! :D
