1) if you cant run faster than who evers chasing you and do get caught take it like a man / women 2) make sure your not running a yapper 3) in and out (nothing damaged / vandalised / pinched ect) 4) make sure theres enough quarry on the land (no point getting a chase for naff all) 5) never leave a man behind (unless otherwise arranged) 6) only run what you'll catch and not slips 3 miles away 7) take what you can then move on
