    I use a budget car battery.My machine big and heavy but was made in a rush but does the job ok

    P&G got one thats about 18-19" tts and very lightly built which has took them in past.However struggles a bit but always got there in the end

    Good lad Jenks.I give mine his first runs on lamp last the other week and his first catch was a grouse closely followed by 5 bunnies then lamp f****d up so had to head back and i must admit driving home i had a little bonkon.Hoping to get back up the place soon as place was alive with rabbits

    My Wheaten brought a near full size Cygnet back at a packed ecology park in the summer i was to say the least.Luckily my screaming made her drop it and it was still alive.However early next morning one was missing so i gotta feeling she done more damage than thought and Mr Fox picked it up as place was alive with them

    Changing the subject slightly but on a quiz the other day the question was what is the biggest breed of terrier and the answer was Airdale.But i think its wrong,have you seen the size of Russian Black Terriers???

    Stumann off here had one 3/4 Saluki 1/4 Grey and remember one trip out it retrieved 5 hare and 2 foxes (shot) single handed. Cruz was about 20months old at time

    Cheap enough to buy off Graham i made own at cost of £100 but starter motor i used was Ford Transit Bendix motor
