why would they turn it down? Not realy sure, Was maybe thinking, a, because it's used and not new, and b, becase i'm going to register it to work (car garage)

Hi, I have purchased a used Quad and want to register it for agricultural use? I have gaot a V55 and Insurance in my company name. It has a full road leagal kit on it. Any advice before i go to the tax office? I know it's very vague but not sure if they will turn it down. Cheers Gary

That is the quickest way to ruin/ f**k up a young dog at this time of year. 1. To warm. 2. Could smash the feet to bits + put added stress to growing limbs/joints. Better to wait till it's matured then it will run to it's abillity without hopefully blowing or getting smashed. Peoples own choice but why risk it better to get out with the old airrifle...ect. And as for keeping dogs interested, i've been involved/kept lurchers for 30 years and yet to see one lose interest over the summer. yis Gary

It must fulfil 2 criteria. Firstly, to remain a shotgun it must have a barrel length NO SHORTER than 24" (approx 60cm). Secondly, to avoid being classed as a prohibited weapon it must have an OVERALL length of 60cm or more. The reason for the mixed units of measure is that both pieces of legislation were written at different times. As long as you don't break either of those rules you are OK shortening the stock. Hi, This may have been asked before but here goes............. Is it illegal to shorten the stock on a gun? e.g. to cut the stock back to the pistol grip? or is this classed as a sawn off? The only reason i ask is for ease of carrying when useing with the terriers ect?? Cheers Gary

I brought one of them flemish giants from a market, my mates said i was mad but i broke my 2 terriers 4 lurchers and a spaniel to it in less than an hour, used to come back from being out bushing and the pack would run in the garden past the rabbit which was always out and never even look at it.
