  1. Hi lads looking to get a few stop nets. Anyone know where I could get my hands on some in Ireland?
  2. whats strange about it..... hes ok i see him on the ferreting section alot........ cheer up
  3. they not from france ebony 1.... thats no french flag at the size and they for sure aint speaking french
  4. after all this id like to thank you all and i think ill get the finder....... only going to cost about €200
  5. ahm i borrowed one from the plowing championships...... stall owner il bring it back next year honest na just joking but there alot cheaper than a mk3 and 3 collars
  6. just want to know would a metal detector work as i almost lost my ferret on her first day out..... want to try all the options before forking out a big wad for a ferret finer.... still broke from a lithium dry cell and striker
  7. just my opinion on the matter but i think everybody is too quick at jumping to cocclusions... maybe i missed it but i dont think tomo showed the guy in..... and iv nearly had my pup robbed a few local scumbags i noticed would cycle past my house.... they live a good 2 miles away and would have no logical reason..... so i just confronted them and it turned out they had a horse grazing out the road.... as i said these lads are A-CLAAS scumbags... you know the type that walk there pit bulls up the main street and run lurchers on concrete after cats but just shows evrything not what you first thin
  8. i started with my friend last year and we used "borrowed" a truck spotlight and a car battery eventualy we ahm lets say found a scooter battery and now have my own lurcher and lithium dry cell battery
  9. if your throwing away the old kit you can post it to me god loves a tryer as they say
  10. just wundering would a terrier finder do for a ferret or would it be to big because think my uncle has one lol think its called bell and flint or something
  11. maybe if you allowed the young lads to get a lift..... i aint getting pulled by the cop shop with a lurcher in the boot for not having a licensed driver with me..... also land is a big big issue down around tipp.... isit fox or rabbits were talking about??
  12. sorry broke the computer lol ahm the jill 6 months im waiting for her to settle before i get her sister.... shes quietened alot now but still likes to grab hold of my glove but leaves go after a few seconds........ must try this spit thing tho..... also the terrier a border about 4-5 hes done a bit of ratting but not much mostly just goes to the farm next door and does it of his own accord..... lurchers nearly 10 months and he just sniffs the ferret and runs away..... how should i call her back if i leave her about the garden?? sorry for all the questions its just i take alot o
  13. if crossed with a whippet i woulnt see them as much diffrent from a beddyxwhipp my border is quite rtacey looking
  14. sorrry not beeen able to get on for a while been working and trying that ferret shes getting better but she as clever as f**k......... the lurcher sturdy enough with her seeing as hes only 9-10 months and never seen one before..... terrier on the other hand is possesed if he sees it!!!
  15. as above got my first ferret and was grand the whole way home..... when i went to feed him last night he nearly took my hand off and this morning the same... and i also need to break my two dogs to him how should i go about this??
