The result of our second outing with the nets it was pitch black when I took this photo as we were digging one of the ferrets out after the only kill in of the day at 4pm bless her !

Can anyone tell me the best place to get ready made theraband gold bands ?

I fancy using them at night but I think I'll get used to them in the day first. We set them too tight at first but we just learned through the day. I really enjoyed it and we'll be giving them a pop on Saturday. Any advice will be welcome thanks.

I know Daz haven't seen him for years though. I used to work my terriers with boys from Porth in the 80s. Just got a couple of lurchers now and a 13 year old terrier . No more terriers for me ha ha
