On a wider note, I’ve said for ages this ends in violence…..the more these isolated incidents are seen the more we will see. History never lies, today it’s a few slaps here and there round the country…..tomorrow it’s a pogrom ! And I don’t think the authority’s have any control anymore, they can only crack down on people even harder but the harder they do, the more actual hatred will grow…. As always happens throughout history, these “clever” people have painted themselves into a corner because they didn’t want to believe that human nature exists.

Good, I hope they crash the lot……In reality conversations like this are just fiddling while Rome burns. Britain is heading at breakneck speed towards economic or social armageddon or both…..it can’t be stopped ! It isn’t messing with my mindset mate, I know they are all traitors lock, stock and barrel…… We created the “migrant crisis” because we refused to leave the ECHR and we don’t want to stop them…..it’s not more complicated than that. Yes the small boat part is post Brexit, but let’s face facts, we was awash with the f***ing 3rd world long before anyone had ever heard of Brexit…..this history don’t start 10 years ago, it starts eighty years ago.

Yes, they are chancers !….. But read that back to yourself……not once does it mention Britain, a sovereign people, deciding anything for theirselves. Are we so hamstrung as a people that we have to rely on foreign people making laws in foreign places in order to know what to do ?……like, it’s mental !……the very crux of Brexit !

No, of course it shouldn’t mate, but it is…..we all know the score. Whether it should be ?, I genuinely have not thought about it but off the top of my head I’d rather watch women’s football, walking table tennis or whatever than Love Island. Again, off the top of my head and not a strong opinion, it’s better something at least half a touch patriotic than some “poor me” f***ing Gaza bloke telling us it’s not their fault.

In fairness to Farage, he said all along we should leave the ECHR as soon as we left the EU. I’ll also add that it implies we don’t have the means to control our own borders….we do, we just choose not to. But let’s face it, this isn’t a new thing, it’s a culmination of years…..started with Windrush, policy written by Nandy, utter betrayal by Blair…..none of this has happened in isolation, they have all been at it for eighty years.

Those that know, know mate…….everyone is polite enough not to mention it on the podcast. But, my lad said yesterday watching that final “this is tragic” and I replied with what is, imho, the go to response for all sport….i said “It is, but, they are playing in one more European final than you or me have ever played in” There it is…..

I don’t think we are seeing some kind of “movement” or “common shared value”……..I think we are seeing natural behaviour, I’ve said for years that if you push indigenous people too far there will be a reaction…..but unless it has something concrete to give it purpose and focus then it’s just another step on the road to chaos. Voting time will tell if people actually want to change their outcomes, so far the record isn’t great !

As I said before mate, certain things you can’t hide and the penalty’s told the whole story……you see the absolute lack of power they are able to generate out of their legs when they strike a ball. And that’s the crux of the matter, pushing them into a realm that’s not their own…..that’s not the same as the game imho. I was talking to a coach who coaches a women’s team for a professional side over here. Now this is nothing to do with comparing the men’s and women’s game, I just found it interesting. He said that women players are very literal when you coach them, as in if you say “Stand in that position and do that job” that is exactly what they will do rather than make decisions and go off script….i think England displayed that opinion perfectly yesterday, you could see how rigidly they stuck to shape and task…..that is a major difference in the game between men and women, you won’t see a Gasgoin
