I used to be very into my surface fishing, I was tidy at it if I do say so myself. Just my experience mate, but all these brightly coloured widgets and black and orange heavy controllers are a waste of time. The best thing for surface fishing is a good old fashioned clear bubble float…..they come in 3 sizes and will cast a mile when topped up with water. I used to fish them semi fixed just using a float stop as a stopper because they will easily pull free. I did that with my shed mate, it’s a bit bigger at 12 meters x 3 meters but the tiny home will be sheathed with 18mm ply first which will take all the twist and movement out, then when you add the cladding it sort of doubles up the effect and the tiny home is half the size. I did the noggins yesterday and that did wonders on its own.

I know what a white bloke looks like and I know what a black bloke looks like….same for Asians and Chinkys or whatever.
