When it comes to ruining someone’s day I suppose it depends, all things considered, how much that person values that day against the rights and freedoms and the justification for exercising those rights.
My point is, we can’t complain about something if we ain’t prepared to let them complain about something as I’m sure you know.
We could all sit and think up various way they could do it that wouldn’t impact our lives but who then would care ?
