  1. Good stuff S J. Great to see one of the curly ones doing the real thing. Thats seems to be the problem in "working" Bedlingtonland - plenty of people calling their dogs "working" Bedlingtons on the back of a bit of bushing or small vermin work. Nothing wrong with that kind of hunting (do it myself) but a Fox at ground has got to be the benchmark to be at least aimed at. Been out and about yesterday and today with my young dog, going to ground fine, checking a few earths but no one home I am a solitary hunter , so everything he has picked up is down to just him and me, I'd have like
  2. I was wondering what the bloke was doing with the stick until the dog grabbed the rat. Well done Jack

  5. Yeah good call not to let your 14 week old pup have a go at the Fox eh? 15 - 16 weeks and he should be more than ready.....................
  6. SCHOOL PHOTO'S DATABASE. This site is amazing - just put your details in, Country, County, school etc and there is a good chance that some of your old school photos are on the database. Certainly brought back memories for me. http://www.bored.com/findschoolphotos/
  7. Great coat on him NV, Looks like he'll turn out to be a strong bugger too.
  8. Most of em have long legs Woodchip. How long do you want them?
  9. George was a top bloke indeed. In the days before the internet, he always replied to letters sent to him regarding Bedlington matters. As for Rillington strain Beddies nowadays, most working stuff have Rillington running throught them, but when you check it out, the amounts of Rillington can be negligable. I went to see quite a few litters of Bedlingtons in the past few years, and very few of them were what they said on the tin. I went to see one litter of advertised "Rillington Bedlingtons" and as soon as I saw the parents (weak looking, cotton wool coats etc) I smelled the bullshit.

  14. Jasper - you lose the comedy element if you need to explain it . And the punchline should be -- " thats Lennox Lewis on the left thigh. Mike Tyson on the right thigh And the one in the middle has got to be ... Don King"
  15. A mate of mne did stand up a few years ago and we went for a look. Loads of good comedy stuff and even more pretentious drama luvvie events. Edinburgh is a decent night out though, but don't expect to meet too many locals, its mainly American and Jap tourists.
  16. M.r 1 you have been exposed as a messer and one of that very strange bunch of people who actually invent characters to talk to and recieve conversations back on internet forums. Maybe we will meet some day, and you can call me a tit to my face, you know the way men used to do before they started wearing their wifes knickers and causing shit behind the safety of their computer monitor. I repeat, you are a messer and keeping you active on this exellent site does no one any good.
  17. Just got this off bbc news site http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/jersey/3572234.stm I also read somewhere that 95% of UK Rabbits were wiped out in the first wave of myxy in 1954.
  18. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS SPANNER CARRIES ON POSTING AFTER BEING BUSTED - NO FECKIN SHAME AT ALL.
  19. SOMEONE HELP ME OUT HERE. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION (ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS TROUSERS ETC ) WITH YOURSELF ON A FORUM??????
  20. i LOOKED AT SOME OF HIS PREVIOUS POSTS - THE GUY WAS BLASTING CUBS BACK IN JUNE
  21. At this time of the year you could hit those cubs over the head with a hammer when you squeek them in, So why anyone would want to put a pic up posing like the big white hunter is just beyond me.
