    Good advice in above post...don't let him chase ANYTHING..for now atleast...keep him on the leash when you take him out and just let him see bunnies,it will or atleast should gee him up and if he is carrying an unseen injury he wants nothing chasing anyway...just let your mates dog do the rabbit chasing for now...try him again come September and like Baw said you'll know either way if he's gonna do it or not but you'll know at the end of the day you've given the dog every chance?     andy is the black dog in the picture the one that doing well on the hares,a good friend of mine in belfast was telling me about it,talks very highly of it, Same team of guys own the dogs Jacob..as far as i'm aware it's not that bitch in the picture mate,it's just a small 22 inch thing thats over 1/2 Collie thats been raising a few eyebrows?..doesn't sound conceivable but that is what my mate who owns the bitch told me?     Great pics them mate..i bred little Kes,a lad called Plodder had her 1st then got rid because he said she was too small ..it was a real little power packed "mike tyson" ..seen her running a few times mainly on the bunnies,little fecker could run all night ..she was the dam to his big dog Blue..it had no reverse gear either ..the lad i've mentioned who knows the craic still has a dog out of that dog and a Greyhound,it's identical to my bitch Kelsey but a tad smaller ...i once seen that little Kes trying to jump a gate with a fox in it's mouth..it was bigger than her ..ATB Andy.

    It was a body blow but we ran the gauntlet and ultimately payed the price! What annoyed me Millet is that I had never been in that area for 7 or 8 years hunting so why the f**k I went there I will never know? Our Dean still gives me grief about it REGULARLY,all over a few hares!     We got caught on a raiding party over the Border near Dumfries mate,got the motor confiscated,everything inside it,mobiles confiscated,lamping gear confiscated,over a grand in fines,couldn't go more than a mile from home or stop and talk to anyone with a dog while out walking my pet dogs,banned out of Dumfries and Galloway unless it was to visit my solicitor,12 months probation,3months tag between 6pm and 6am,12 month ban on keeping hunting type dogs and to top it off had Ginny and Flick confiscated too...ATB Andy
