just got my 3/4 gyr saker today and i am well chuffed with him. by the looks of the way he has came out of the aviery he looks like he is going to fly about 2lb 4oz. will post some pics tomorrow when he has settled

Did anyone read the question on poaching in this months sporting gun? someone was asking how to deal with poachers with lurchers and part of the reply said basically alot of lurcher lads are big fukers and will do you in ( not in them words but something to that effect). i myself do not own a lurcher as i mostly shoot (just bought a terrier tho) and do falconry but love reading the posts and looking at pics of your dogs. Obviously you will get some poachers that will bash you up but this will apply to all poachers not just lads with longdogs. i just thought it was wrong the way he stereo typed

greyflex mk 2 8'6 4/5 weight with grx reel. reel has four spare spoils and in case. there is one greys platinum floating line plus 3 boxes of flys. both rod and reel have been used twice, they come with rod tube and reel bag. the lot for £100 atb noisey
