    dogs in pubs

    A old pub in this area still standing.It use to be called the royal oak.about 30 years ago all the old dog men would come in for a pint after a days hunting.You couldent move for lurchers and terriers.But they were all well behaved dogs.Would just lye at the feet of the owner.But after afew jars the ferrits would be down the pool table .All good fun.Now were just a nanny state.Fun should be removed from the English dictionary

    Hi Catcher. Yes, he couldnt have been nicer, I think a lot depend's on how you treat them most of the time. Everything was in order, so it was a defo one up for hunting ATB. Bill.
