  1. lurchermick , if anyone remembers him , back in the days ,
  2. think he means SIRE is MURPHY which is bred from jamies jack.
  3. i was looking in north east , cudnt find any , hard to get hold off these days
  4. Same argument , all breeds have their uses , that's fact , all comes down to ground you run , game you persue , and top it all personel preference , run what you run and f**k other peoples opinions.
  5. Phil is a top bloke who knows his stuff , glad you had a good session.
  6. M.berry bred the JJ litter , out m.berrys Lynn x jamies jack.
  7. There was a rough coated dog in stokesley. Ment to be benji x JJ sister. It got sold to the Asian lads.
  8. Was the bitch called magic , JJ sister.
  9. a young dog we had , saluki x collie greyhound , PTS at a early age , due to lamping accident , very handy lamping cross IMO , if i was heavy into lamping , i wudnt even think about it , id have cross same way again, and no it isnt me holdin the dog , but my ex lass hahaha
  10. Nice of it to come on as the new season is upon us. It's just baiting up the antis.
  11. Riggy as usual , dogs are fine fettle, especially bluebelle
  12. It's all down to personel preference ;-) no such thing as a bad breed , all have uses ;-)
  13. You run a dog to there ground its to be best suited. I wouldn't take a bull greyhound to fens , and I wouldn't take Saluki lamping heavy numbers of fox. Ect , horses for courses , each breed has its own uses , if like myself can only house select amount or say 1 dog , you try what is suited to your preferred hunting. I.e I keep Saluki based due to I don't tend to lamp , if I was a lamper I'd opt for bull x , a good all rounder Saluki grey x bull grey imo. If I was to do bit everything
  14. Glad you have found a suitable pup jack , will see you out next season with it , offer still there to come out this year , all best
  15. A very responsible owner , breeder. Credit were credits due , kc salukis have rapidly lost there holding price , same as many kc breeds , probably due to reccesion , more so to salukis as a lot coursing men ect prefer the coursing bred Saluki hybrid lurcher , and you can pick up kc salukis for peanuts. Myself would pay the extra such as this litter , well reared , responsible owners , best possible start , as I said credit were its due. Good luck with the sales .
  16. Worker x worker , always best way . None of this precise breeding crap , good luck with them , 8 min tie should be plenty , better to tie again 2 days after though making sure.
  17. Well bred is worth its weight in gold . More important is your health , hope you get sorted , good luck with sale ,
  18. Well bred is worth its weight in gold . More important is your health , hope you get sorted , good luck with sale ,
  19. Wat ways. Ur bitch bred and way area are u mate
  20. Lad I know as litter on out Dave platts raven put to a ex racing greyhound , think he has 3 dog pups to find homes for , I don't know a thing about deerhounds , but they look powerfull type of dogs.
  21. If your after an all rounder , then Saluki bull grey is a good choice , but as a daytime only I'd suggest coursing Saluki hybrid , if lamping I'd suggest bull x hybrid , put the 2 together , if you get a good un will be a handy tool.
