    On a serious note On November 18th 2016 I was stabbed in my head,just too the side of my left eye around the temple area with the full length of a car key,I lost a great deal of blood and must admit I thought I was going to bleed to death.

    I totally agree with what has already been said,sleeping area to big and also is their food dish away from bedding area?What I mean is if they can just poke their head out of sleeping area and reach their food they won't need to enter rest of cage and get lazy and poo in bedding? Could the ferret be ill due to cold weather or draughty cage or is it sleeping in damp bedding where it could also be peeing in compartment?

    Sorry to hear your bad news fella. I've had a pretty shit year myself to be honest. 2016 has been the most stressful I've had.     My mam in law passed away Dec 5 after being in hospital for 7 months, PM no cause of death now got to go to inquest starting in March,she was only 58,and being stabbed in head mid November, its been a great year.
