    Whats the usual price for a teckel thats working. I spoke with a fella last year that had one for trailing shot deer he told me they were around £900 a pup. would it be fair to say that the Teckle is a breed that lies somewhere between Terrier and Hound but is not as adept as either in the specific roles.Put another way a jack of all trades and master of none lke the the HPR breeds from continental europe.

    the only way to prevent dog theft is to never have f**k all to do with anyone but your trusted hunting friends and to be discreet in how you go about your hunting avoid shows and putting pictures on forums also to not talk about your dogs abilties and make sure your huntign aquaintances do the same. Shame to hear about your friend Jigsaw.

    A former hunting aquaintance of mine shot my friend his lurcher and a fox all with the one barrel of a 12 bore. My friend was left with 4 pellets in his arse and leg and the lurcher was hit on the tail and the ear and the fox was killed outright. This individual still has his gun.

    Herpes & fighters not making weight Holy f**k were they trying to give Dana White an anerism. Speaking of which that lad that had one and came back and the came back with a knee and a rear naked choke holy jumping f**k that was amazing. I reckon it will be an entertaining show, but I hope they dont focus on stupid carry on and more on training methods and good elimination bouts.

    Ballywater? Where's that mate? Its an hour from Belfast I left it out on purpose as it is a really poor show run by the NLRC and the game fair itself is also terrible few stalls poor choice on food. Defintely do not drive from Wexford the best show and game fair in Northern Ireland is Moira NCF run by the BASC.

    My best mate has a wee Border Bitch he mated her with a Border dog she has about five weeks to go. I like them as a terrier but I personally would rather take my chance with any of the other main breeds or even crosses of them, working borders are hard to find. That fella Johnny Bluck seems passionate about them I read his book. The pups my buddy is breeding will be all going to working homes so who knows.

    I read that plummer terriers have Beagle Fell and Pitbull added to Jack Russel if the have pit bull would that make them ilegal under the DDA. I cant see the sense in it myself appart from the beagle blood for improving good nose as I owned a wee 3/4 russel 1/4 beagle and he was a cracker that said I seen plenty of russel with good nose strength and toughness. Any terrier I ever seen done rats.

    What is the difference between a Patterdale and and Fell?? Is is that the patterdale had more staffordshire blood added to the lines hence their reputation for lackiing in reverse gears more so than others. If there was proper Kerry Blue blood in fell lines it would explain how some of the old black fell stuff was crazy too.
