    The differance is theres money involved in greyhounds.Disagree all you want ive seen it 1rst hand.Secondly i have to agree it happen in all walks pet owners can be just as bad.As can lurchers owners and terriermen there are a holes in all walks and good people who look after their dog till the end no matter what.When it comes to money the usual consensus is to throw it away rather than waste money feeding it

    Im afraid the reality is mate that theres more of them than not that will dispatch a dog in various ways.My dad raced his for donkeys years and once retired he kept them as a pet because as he said they had made him money and worked hard for him all that time so deserve a good retirement.He used to come home all the time with injured half dead dogs who had lost their race and the guy would be in the car park in view of other racing dog owners kicking it senseless or brutally damaging the dog.My dad got done for assault quite a few times for knocking the crap out of these scum.He would then pat

    Sounds suspicious to me an all.Especially when there are people who say things they shouldnt on an open forum N post pics they shouldnt either.If someones printing it off then theres some proof there also whos printing it off could be anyone dog thief or rspca mobs or people wanting to pass it on neighbours looking to get rid of you cos they dont like your dogs anyone.

    Cant really fault mine at all.Shes a bit fiery at times but does what shes told of late.When i first got her she used to think where she was was hers in the park for eg if anyone tried to come in shed chase them out little swine.I have managed to cure that little affliction and shes allowed to sniff other dogs but if they sniff her and she doesnt know them she can growl and grump.Shes very determined and very commited to what ever she puts herself too.

    its madness when rescues all over the place will take the dog in.Usually no qeustions asked.I was offered a beddie cross a while back and told the guy no cos i had 2 lurchers already and a lot of stuff on my plate at the time.I offered him numbers for various rescue etc and his retort im not giving it to a rescue cos she will get dressed and id rather have her pts and he did total madness he didnt want the fecking dog anyway i took a pup a while back because someone was having her pts for widdling the floor once and she was only 13 weeks old and a diamond of a pup rehomed her myself with no m

    I think £5 is fair as you do have to cover food costs etc.In my case a new hutch to house the hob when i split them up.I think £20 is way over the top and have seen them advertised for £25/£30 and i think youd be mad to pay it.I was given mine the jill from a good friend and the hob from alovely ferret mad guy from stonehouse.Who clearly knows what hes doing cos the hobs as laid back as a turnip LMAO hes just so easy its unreal.Well until yesterday when the ugger done a bunk under the hutch and couldnt get him out.Oh got him eventually and hes back behind bars.Hes a well bred polecat and w

    I kept dogs outdoors years ago and now im in a flat dogs are in the house.I prefer them in personally.Dont think it makes any differance really to performance and as someone said saves them from being stolen.

    I feed alpha ferret feast and found it to be decent stuff no fat ferrets and no problems they get mice and birds that the cat drags in and rabbit and any other raw meat.The buggers turned their nose up at a full fresh chicken last week so took it out and tossed it.

    I was one them for years and theyre horrid drugs they make you sick beyond belief and really you dont feel in control of yourself.We know what that is a dog doesnt.Dogs cant handle paracetamol either apparently.A vet told me fairly recently that its been proven to cause ulcers and stomach bleeds.Not sure how accurate that is but id be careful anyway.I hope the dog feels better soon

    Poor dog Im sorry but do you actually like this dog/love this dog.If so why are you so reluctant to get proper care for the dog when its hurt or ill sorry if im wrong here but it does look that way.If its cash thats the problem blue cross help out with vet bills if your on a low income or the pdsa if you have one.Its crap like this that gives everyone else a band name if my dog had been bleeding the way you describe id have been at the vets well before the week was out and if i even had the slightest doubt in my mind that my dog may have bloat(a FATAL condition that can kill in a few hours)W

    My saluki x is like that he lost quite a bit ages ago when he wasnt well and it has taken me months to get him looking decent again.I found a raw egg scrambled through his 255dog meal helped a lot.I gave him loads of pasta as well and tuna.I also upped his exercise and fed him twice a day as he wont eat much unless hes been run silly.

    I would add to it and as someone else said mix it up as much as you can.If you give them just chicken they wont be getting all they need from that alone.Veggies and fruit and maybe some fish
