    Out yesterday with the dogs, molly (beddy x) scenting in a field, keeka is hunting in the bushes/ undergrowth and rises a 3/4 grown dog fox. It bolts into the field, molly gets it by the back end and receives an earpiercing for her troubles , lets go, so does charlie. Molly grabs it by the throat and loses the feckin rag - big time :aggressive: ! Man I never saw a dog raggin anything like that! It was nearly as big as her and she was liftin it clean off the ground when she shook it - feckin psycho ! By the time Keeka got to her it was game over.     Went out for a wee wander with the dogs (3 lurchers) this evening, took the air rifle for a spot o plinking (never usually get a shot at anything cos the dogs scare everything ). On the way back, theres a couple o nice fat woodies in a tree about 40yds away next to the river (which was in flood). After two failed attempts (due to the unusually high winds for this time of year ) I managed to bag one. Went to collect it and the poodle decided to test her swimming in the river which is about to burst its banks. Luckily she managed to swim to shore and we all lived happily ever after... Not a

    I went to design a kitchen (FT job) for a family of Pakis the other night - on my bosses advice I used 'The Paki Close'. Goes like this: Real price - £12 grand Write prices of everything on a piece o paper and ask him to help count it up (cos I'm shite @ countin :whistle: Numbers on paper total £17 grand (big kitchen - gotta be for every c**t in the house), I asks him to confirm my counting.     Went for a walk tonight with Mrs Misty and two of the dogs (the poodle aka beddy/ whippet and the deerhound x) After a good walk, I decided to let Liana (deerhoundx) off the lead - after 3 months of HARD work, she finally returned to hand with no problems! Kept her off the lead and she was walking at heel too!!! I felt about 50ft tall!!! (she was very nervous when i got her so it's been a lot of work) Then, on teh way home, about half a mile from the edge of the village, the poodle (aka - Molly) runs into a tunnel through an old railway banking (connects 2 fields eithr side, you know

    Here's my pup, only 5 1/2 mths old so obviously haven't tried her out yet. There's an old boy in my village swears by deerhound x's - reckons his best one's have been 3/4 greyhound 1/4 deerhound (not the sorta guy to keep it if it don't work). He used to used them on hare and deer regularly - before the ban, er... obviously This is Mik's 3/4 bred, he should be able to tell you a bit more about them in the field
