    It's time to replace my old (9yrs ) lamping kit for something a bit new - my new job only gives me one day off per week, so more lamping is on the cards :ph34r: . A couple of mates are using Strikeforce 170's (I think) with 18a/h belt packs, although I haven't been out with them lately to evaluate them. What would you guys recommend? I would prefer something with a belt pack, cos when I put my old battery in a backpack and go over fences etc. it belts me on the back of the noggin . So, what? Where from? and How much? (er, please )

    Chr*st! Peas in a pod or what? Got her from Mike Johnstone, coursing guy in N Yorks area. She's 1 year old next week. Bred from Dave Platts 'Odin' (Grandsire) and Cavan Lady (Granddam). Nightwalker has a litter sister too. Where was she found?

    I decided a few days ago that it was time to run Molly herself, as she is now 18mths and tends to hold back when my older dog is running. So, this morning I left Keeka in the kennel (well pissed off :realmad: ) and took Molly and the young Deerhound cross along for a quick mooch. The area we went is an old disused railway line just next to where I live, and this year there have been more rabbits running around than I can remember. Sadly, myxi is now putting in an appeearance and the dogs have picked up a couple in the last week or so. Bolted on with the ferret (still hangning on like Lester P

    My beddy/whippet is 22" tall and nippy as hell on rabbits, has taken a 3/4 grown cub and has started working deer with my big dog. Great nose, only problem is when the beddy blood gets fired up she develops 'selective hearing' :whistle: :11: to be fair, a dash of greyhound blood would help for the bigger stuff though.
